wahhh..finally online again!! my comp is DOWN and hasn't been able to stand up (reminds mi of slim shady can) ever since..last week..lol..

the past few days haf been feeling worse than my comp..beri down. reminiscing about the past again. heard this song coincidentally by 范玮琪, entitled 拜拜..

..its meaningful. but whether i can say byebye to all the memories is another matter. its taking a long time but at least its better todae. i came to tp with lest to eat and tp lib to use comp haha. thus my entree^ later will be shopping with mommy and sis tho details haven been cfm yet^-^

yest was sis bdae so cut cake with her at 10min before midnight haha. she went out with her frens and onli got hm ard tt time. bought her a lil sponge bob key chain cos she likes the yellow lil sponge, some chocs, two hairbands, a sparkly purple nail polish, and a notebook hees. when she reached home she was telling us all abt wad had happened at dinner:

she and her frens went New York New York at Amk hub to dine and there was this part during dinner when she and her frens heard the crew singing "Happy Birthday to You", so they started singing along as well, esp my sis who went "Happy Birthday to Me". soon enough, heads turned to look at my sis table and sis thot it was jus cos they were singing beri loudly and being childish. so while she was stil blaring, the crew, carrying the bdae cake, stopped in front of her. my sis oso stopped in shock and clapping halfway when she realised everything was for her! ..after tt she was in this floaty mode and jus before they left, a waiter came over and extended a hand to her. as she was gg to shake it, his hand moved past her and reached out to clear the plates on the table! she was so embarrassed lor..

..school has been good so far. finally gotten my msm notes after one and the half months and two "request msm notes" emails! cos my course coordinater was on leave. but she was super nice k. she called mi after she got back and arranged a time (mon, at my convenience) to pass the notes to mi. she even promised to keep it for mi til i went to collect it. mondays are usually my heaviest days cos i had full day lects. i was worried tt i wouldn't haf space for the notes and wud hafta carry them clumsily in my hands. but when i reached the staff office, she handed them to mi nicely wrapped in an envelope! i was so surprised. she's reli beri nice..^-^

my MA lect is funni too. he was sharing his past working experience with us cos ther was this part of the tutorial question tt says "critically comment". so he started talking abt one of his jobs as a Management Accountant where his boss wud call him into the office every month and ask him to critically comment on the report. during the period when he jus started working, he would go in with shaking limbs and try his way into commenting the report, and everytime the boss would shout "wad tokking you!! get out!!" it was jus horrible, esp since the boss' office door was wide open and everyone could hear.. as the boss din specify wad he was looking for, my lecturer wud den reside in his seat and spend the day thinking abt the possible comments the boss specifically wanted. tho after tt it got better, it was still a nightmare to come face to face with the man himself. he wasn't the onli one who got the "wad tokking you!! get out!!" treatment. so one day, while my lect and his colleagues were chatting about the chinese new year, they suggested decorating the office with 春联, and a special one jus above the door of the boss' office, on it written "出入平安", to bless everyone who entered peacefully, a safe and peaceful exit as well^-^

maybe i shld get one for myself too, tt my life would be more smooth-sailing, one tt says "风平浪静", tt my life would haf less tornados and hopefully more peaceful weather.
