story of the dae:
on mon, yt (i shall be considerate and not expose the name of the person) lent mi her notes to copy as i had missed lesson the prev week. i had not asked her for it at all. out of courtesy, since she was kind enough to lend mi, i jus took it and reli copied. i was supposed to return the notes to her the following dae (tuesdae) after my lecture and before hers.
on tuesdae, after my lecture, i was waiting for her to turn up. after waiting for some time, she failed to show up. Y helped mi call her. she told Y tt there was some traffic probs and she couldn't make it to sch on time. SHE suggested tt Y take the notes and pass it to her on fri.
fridae (todae) came. Y incidentally forgot to bring the notes and was not gonna be in S'pore for a few days. yt needed the notes by mon in case there was a MA test. fyi the notes tt she lent was onli a short chapter, the shortest of the lot, and our lecturer was more likely gonna test us on another topic which was longer and MUCH MORE IPMT. even if he reli tested us on this topic, it would more or less onli take up a few marks. prob yt din think so cos she called mi and said tt i was to photocopy my notes and pass it to her on sat (tml). i agreed.
at night she msg mi and i replied every single of her msgs.
yt: mel. can i meet u tml for notes? thanks
melmel: tml befor 2 or after 6 free
yt: where? 6 i need to be at queensway.
melmel: den 2 hougang or 2.30 at aljunied. i hafta be in church by 3.
yt: can after 6 come queensway? i cant travel so far
(can u actually imagine her asking mi tt? i was feeling quite ridiculous as she lives in bedok and i live in hougang so i said mit at aljunied and she asked mi to go all the way down to queensway! i OSO haf stuffs to do ok)
melmel: huhs? bedok is onli a few stops fr aljunied right? after church i oso got stuff to do. morn oso need prac music. if not can onli pass2u on sun after 8
after a few min she called my hp but i was busy so i couldn't ans. i onli missed one call as I AM NOT ALWAYS FREE AND WAS DOING MY OTHER STUFF AT TT TIME. den she sent another msg "can u pick up phone and arrange? or can u jus call mi?" HEYS I WAS STILL BUSY AND DIN CALL HER BACK IMMEDIATELY. THE NEXT MOMENT SHE CALLED AGAIN AND ACCUSED MI OF NOT REPLYING HER MSGS AND BLAMED MI FOR NOT ANSWERING HER CALL. she asked mi to call her back den she hung up on mi. i was mortified but still called her back. after she ans, she asked mi to wait. i was using my hp and my outgg min are limited so after awhile she was on second line, i hung up and msg her "u finish den let mi noe. im doing stuff and using hp lor". a short moment later she called and RANTED AT MI TT SHE WAS TRYING TO CONFERENCE WITH HER BF AND MI TO ARRANGE. oh well can u pls haf the courtesy and inform mi for goodness sake?!! by tt time i was also raising my voice and i told her she din tel mi so i din noe and tt i had replied all her msgs not like she accused mi and tt she was jus pushing the blame on mi. to her i was the baddy cos i din manage to attend the lecture and she had been kind enough to lend mi her notes and yet i landed her up in this state. but still, i had NOT been the one who wanted her notes nor was i the one who was late on tuesday and i had finished the copying jus tt she nv turned up on time. i had been minding my own business when she suddenly called and asked mi to photocopy my notes and pass it to her on sat. if she reli wanted to study she could haf lent it to mi after the test cos seriously there wasn't much to copy at all!
i can be obliging but i am oso human and dun like to be accused or ranted at. anw her bf is coming down to hougang tml to take the photocopied notes fr mi. tt means i hafta wake up earli and do my stuffs and oso photocopy my notes for her. which means i hafta slp now.
