mon!! 14.01.08

mondays are my full school days, and while i was in the middle of noon class, sis sms to say they (sis, wang jiamin (its like calling "Alvin!" in Chipmunks, so if u watched it u'll noe what it means when i sae i call "wang jiamin!!" like how dave calls "Alvin!!" hahaha) , jas, and gladys (jiamin's gf) were planning k and asked if i wanna go, so i said, "ok!!" , and was kinda excited as i hadn't k in years!! (okies okies maybe weeks), only to remember an hour later tt i was still having sorethroat and wont be able to hold a key properly!! i quickly sms sis to tel her but they had alr booked a big room for 5, and it seemed tt they charged per room instead of per head (but last time i rem is per head lei, they change their annual policy?) .. they offered to pay my share cos i was gonna be late and wasn't having a normal voice tt day, but i said it was ok and tt id jus go down since it was charged per room.. so i rushed down after class, cos it was quite late alr.. however, when i reached chinatown, i was faced with a huge storm, and.. i fought the storm!! (haha action packed!!)

okies i din exactly fight the storm, cos luckily i still had a hood attached to my jacket, and the most important part to shelter is my head! so i draped the hood over mi, and tried my best to walk quickly to $10 family ktv without getting wet. which of cos, was impossible. by the time i reached the ktv, onli my head was dry. the rest of mi, my clothes, bag esp, had traces of the rainy day. i reached abt 4 plus or 5 plus, and the ktv session was 2-7pm. so being reli nice, they let mi sing quite alot of the songs, and jiamin still ask mi, "u got sorethroat meh?" i take tt to be a gd thing.. =)

.. the ktv was fun!! haha we were all doing silly actions at one of the songs, i think it was when sis was singing wilber pan's song, and we started mimicking the actions and improvising them to our own versions! and jas and jiamin started taking turns to do the dance and passing it on to each other! ookies so exactly what they were doing was..

jiamin: *dance dance.. pass to jas!!*

another one tt caught us was jas' song. it was xiaozhu's song, and they noe i lurve xiaozhu, so they passed mi the mike to sing too. jus nice this song both of us never sing before, it was xiaozhu's "yi zhi du xiu" (one-man show), and jas din reli noe the starting and was more familiar with the chorus. i was supposedly more familiar with the song so i attempted the starting, which was a complete no-no!! cos i couldn't read most of the words and was often caught tongue-tied!! but they were reli good sports and let mi sing the parts even tho i noe inside they might be shouting, "stop!! stop!! one more word and my head is gonna split!!" hahaha they are reli good sports!! and funny jas cos everytime when it came to chorus it was like automatically her turn, and all four heads would turn to look at her! as if tt weren't enough, on top of tt, she had to attempt to bring out the difference between, "ai..ai ai ai" and "i..i i i" , as pointed out by (evil*) wang jiamin! so everytime when it was chorus (jas' turn) all four of us were on our bellies laughing like no tml!! (sorry jas, its reli funny!!)

at one of the songs, jiamin actually got outta his seat and starting swooning in front of the ktv screen while singing the song, which made it funny as well!!

throughout the ktv, as it was free flow drinks, we continually ordered drinks and *splash splash!!* spilled the drinks three times!! first time was before i arrived, gladys spilled sis' drink!(first time!!) den after i came, while trying to shift the mike wire, i splashed sis' drink too!! (second time!!) after tt, ( i cant rem who and who) , someone01 spilled someone02's drink!!! (third time!!) poor guy outside had to keep cleaning up after us!!

towards the end of e session, the guy came in to demand money, um collect the bill, and sis, jiamin, jas, gladys reli paid for mi! so touched la, they said cos i reached late and tt my throat wasn't well. i had no cash so i wanted to pay by nets, but apparently e ktv din accept nets. and when i suggested tt my sis pay for mi first den i returned her later, they said it was ok and tt they'd pay cos tts what they said in the first plc.. was reli nice of them to do so.. and i did feel kinda paiseh after tt, den din reli dare to take the mike le unless sis passed to mi haha. they still pushed up my songs, but dono y e ktv seemed to haf cut off the session earlier by 10 min, and halfway thru one of sis and jas songs, the screen read, "thank you for patronizing. pls come again" smth lidat! jiamin was saying, "heys still haf 10 min, quickly skip song!" cos i think he din think it was times up yet, and someone pressed "eject" and tt was the end of the ktv!! we were quite 'bu fu qi' and could hear fr outside tt there were still ppl singing, den thot they were biased!! so jas took the mike and was saying use their music and continue singing!! it was so funny cos we started giving suggestions like go out and compete with them sing, or go out and slowly open their room door and treat like nth happen keep singing along with them (creepy!!) , or cos they were singing some jackie cheung song i think (some wo shi ni zui shen ai de nan~ren) so while they were singing tt, we would sing "wo shi ni zui shen ai de NU~ren!! hahaha!!

anw when we went out, we realised the singing was from the main hall and not the ktv rooms!! cuo guai ta men le!!

haha after tt jas had to go back to do her stuffs, and we took train back! she alighted farrer (...) and mi and sis alighted at kovan. jiamin and gladys were supposed to alight at sengkang but they dropped at hougang and came over to our plc instead!! i think its cos jiamin wanted to return mi the money tt i had drawn after the ktv but left it with him, and oso cos we did suggest them coming over, and so they did!! so nice of them la.. we ended up da-bao-ing dinner from downstairs and the usual tv and card games! they left earli tho, think they wanted to rest as jiamin and sis did join jas and her fren for tennis in the morn!! ^-^

(evil*) = a tinge of the baddie, but alot of good-spirited and fun!!
